The revolutionary Double Effect Volume & Length Mascara from Deborah Milano is a 2-in-1 formula with an innovative applicator. The Double Effect Volume & Length Mascara provides super voluminous and incredibly long lashes with visibly precise definition. Completely clump-free!

The special rotating elastomer brush can be turned to two positions to achieve different effects for every need.
Position 1: Length & Definition – Finely separated fibers for optimal definition and exceptional lash extension.
Position 2: Extreme Volume – Spiral-shaped and densely packed fibers for extreme volume.

The formula contains the Triple Black Carbon Complex for intense and deep color. Silica microspheres adhere to each individual lash, providing instant volume.
